Just when Haré begins to feel like his life is settling back into a normal routine (or as normal as it can get now that he’s living with a sarcastic, malicious, mind-reading and all-consuming monster who looks like a normal little girl to everyone else), the delicate balance of his jungle village home is upset once again when a new school doctor comes to town and tries to give Haré’s mother an intimate private examination.
