ABOUT THE DVD
Just when Haré begins to feel like his life is settling back into a normal routine (or as normal as it can get now that he’s living with a sarcastic, malicious, mind-reading and all-consuming monster who looks like a normal little girl to everyone else), the delicate balance of his jungle village home is upset once again when a new school doctor comes to town and tries to give Haré’s mother an intimate private examination. Haré also deals with a dose of pre-teen peer pressure when his class field trip to a hot spring park leaves him high and dry, uncertain if he should succumb to rumors of a weird new fashion trend involving bathing with clothes on.
Haré+Guu DVD volume 2 will include three episodes of surreal and hysterical humor that’ll leave viewers in stitches. The DVD will feature extensive translation and cultural notes, selectable Japanese and English audio tracks with English dialogue provided by Bang Zoom! Entertainment, dub flubs, non-credit opening and ending animation sequences, a production art gallery, and other supplemental features.
