I don't want to play devil's advocate, but I am not too found of the dubs. It is partly do to the fact I watched the Japanese version before hand, and I thought that the cast was just about perfect. It us just hard to not compare. I suppose for American voice actors there are some ok voices though (but remember, this is with some biasses I do admit).

Seriously! At least in the dub he's called something akin to Weagle (like beagle), but still, what's wrong with Wiggle? Hopefully this will be changed in subsequent volumes.

I often find myself watching the english dubs first, and if the dvd has the original voices, then i watch that to. Though I probably read the sub titles more than i watch...Anywho, I do this only to get the full enjoyment of the anime, (that and i'm a slow reader, and i don't think i'm going to understand Japanese any time soon)

I agree with Jungle Fever. I watched the Japanese version first and the English version really can not compare. I don't get the same type of sarcasm in Guu's voice. Or the same type of annoyance in Hare's voice. But everyone has a preferance. I am just glad that you can still watch it in Japanese with English subtitles.

Hare has a great "freaked out" voice, and
Guu is so blaise about everything, she can't NOT be funny.

I am a huge fan of English VA's, and I don't think you could have found a better match ANYWHERE for either of the two main characters.

I can't stress enough how much I love the dub, and I'm a purist when it comes to subtitles! I still watch the subtitled version first, then immediately switch on the dub and watch the episodes over again.

Well, dub is better with EVERYTHING I've ever seen. Better, less annoying voices, funnier lines, it's in my own language, no reading, less really stupid puns, voice actors who have played other characters I love.... What is there to not like about dubs....Plus, the lip flaps are often much more synchronized in the English version too. :)) You hate me, don't you...good. None of my DVDS will ever have their Japanese tracks turned on and they never will. Dubs are the greatest thing ever. The dub for Hare Guu is really good too.

I heard that Yuri Lowenthal also plays a role in this show. Is that true?

Aactually, I like the japanese version better. The dub is pretty good, but I like the original japanese version.

I also LOVE there somgs. Each one. I can't wait 'til FINAL comes out.
