As far as price goes, I'd expect something in the $20-$30US range per DVD (I think www.animenation.com has the actual price listed.) In response to Jungle Fever, yes, it would be cheaper to get it online, but it's also illegal. Ever since the series has been licensed, it's been pulled from torrent sites and file-sharing applications to avoid being sued. Just go out and buy the DVDs. If everyone downloaded illegal DVD-rips, then AN Entertainment might not have enough money to finish releasing the series in the US, and that would be a lot worse for fans than spending the money in the first place. There have been other series in the past that were left incomplete in the US because there wasn't enough revenue from the first discs to complete production.

Also, who wouldn't want the chest hair afro wig that comes with the box set?

animeondvd.com is saying that TRSI recieved notice that the dvd has been pushed back to Feb of 06. Why is the release getting pushed back again?

anyone know if there are plans for another series to be made after FINAL? or where i can go for any such up to date info?

two things, one, when I said get it online, I ment at a store that is online (and realized that the price would probably be the same). The other thing is that from my knowledge, they have not yet worked on a continuence ater final, but never give up hope. They have been buisy working on another series.

The American version is excellent. They did a good job on the translation and dubbing.

...They did change 'Magical Touch Miracle Light' to 'Magical Touch Enchanting Aroma', though. I wonder why they did that? I could have sworn Guu said in plain English in the Japanese version, 'Miracle Laitto'. I guess I'll have to go check.

I got the starter Box. Unlucky for me I live in Massachusetts so the box number I got was really high (3139/ 5000). Still I am VERY happy to recieve it.

I got the Starter Set on my birthday (Feb 14) and I must say, it is absolutely hilarious! The chest hair afro wig is aawesome! Can't wait to collect the rest of the series!!!

Does any one know of the other ending that isn't on the DVD? I play Dance Dance Revolution and I have a different ending called Fun Fun and Shout. Any one heard of it?

You know my only concern is the voice acting...Guu especially.

I'm I the only one insain enuff to noticed that during the series many sceens you watch are charicters reacting old sceens from other episodes with difrent dialog and backgrounds? I have seen full episodes that do nothing but take from old ones and rescramble them. Expecially when they go to the beach that episode when they are on the buss is identicle to when Hare had that pink swetter on, then his "father" comes on with the same shirt and he freaks out that he is wearing the same thing. I have to admit I wouldnt have noticed it in a normal state of mind, but its pritty obvues I had a friend over and after I pointed it out he noticed it too.

cuz the ending isnt done yet...which the main character's mom its gonna go back to the city and seek for vengeance on her brother and sister.. but this had been awhile since then... never heard any news after...I wish the whole series can still be continue as it said at ending of final... I have been waiting for this for like a long time..prolly a year for it..
