All characters are excellent. It's difficult to choose one favorite.

Favorite character: Hare

Favorite episode... there are so many excellent episodes, I really like them all, but for argument's sake, my favorite episode is "A Black, Big, Hard, Shining, Stinking, Freaky Voiced Monster"

I liked lots of episodes and it really is hard for me to pick just one. Each episode has its own little funny scenes and stuff. Guu is hilarious with her strangeness and the way Hare freaks out just makes it even better :D

Every episode is great, but episode 26 is where it's at, with Giant Robot Guu and Hale behind the wheel.

That, and in the unlicensed OVA, Guu Finale, (though I heard it's being looked into), illusions 9-10 is a great parody of the Dragon Warrior game series.

Ha! That episode rocked - the bit where the arm came out of Guu's mouth made me jump out of my seat! And the video game crossovers near the end were fantastic ("Dokibeki Material", Outrun, etc).

The best episode? In my opinion, four of the original series. I have one thing to say-

favorite character: the kitty. oh god, the kitty. what can i say about the kitty?

-it was 12 feet long on my wall last semester
-if it had an end, it would be a great stuffed animal!

i like the episodes later in the series, where the episodes lead into each other more and more. the plotline of the second half of the series makes the show worth watching, even if you don't like the craziness.

these series are being dubbed and distributed by a small company that is staffed by people that love anime. you should be nice and support them by buying the dvds when they come out.

Tsk. I forgot to mention my favorite character of the series. Without a doubt it would have to be the inscruatble Guu herself. She is, and remains the focal point of the ensuing hilarity of the series. Like a tank of Nitrous Oxide, just a whiff can cause fits of delusional laughter. And as Alice in Wonderland's Cheshire cat might say, she's not quite all there herself.

Favorite character of course is Guu, Favorite episode is Viva Non Non episode 06

favourite character: the mostly often seen in jungle - Pokute, one of the most mysterious characters.... (except Guu of course ^^)
favourite episode: not the whole epiusode, but the moment in Jungle Deluxe..... five seconds of Gun-Gun News....unforgetable..:))

Favorite? Clive. Easily. Without a doubt. He's one of my favorite characters in all of anime. (And episode 24 might win my "favorite" vote solely for the gratuitous shower scene, hahaha!)

I love Clive and Weda as a couple though. Which is rare... I'm kind of a yaoi fan and rarely root for non-yaoi couples in a series, but they just make me go warm and squishy inside somehow. (I love Weda too though... I'm cosplaying her at Otakon this year = D )

Guu would have to be mine as well, but I don't think that Guu would be nearly as funny without Harè's reactions. Harè himself is also an awesome character. His ability to overreact constantly never gets old. One character I hope that will be explored further in any series to come is adult Guu.

Fave ep is from Guu FINAL oav where Hare gets sucked into Guu's RPG world to rescue his brother- the cliches are hilarious

Fav. Character=Dama, hands down. Especially in FINAL; that was totally unexpected!

Fav. Episode: Last Episode of Final....it feels like the proper segway into ANOTHER Ova series!

Screw an OVA, I'd rather have a second TV series.

How can I choose a favorite. They were all so cool. Top five though were Robert, Clive, the Pokute, the Bears, and Guu.
