2. I think they would all be seperate, and I believe that that price is relatively cheap for all of them. I plan to pay double that on just one manga series.

I got my DVD box today. I don't know what's up with the supposed February release date on the web site, since... well, mine is here. I just watched a bit of it. It's pretty nicely done, but what on earth is Wiggle's name? Uighur or something?? WTF? ^_^*

The afro wig thing is pretty awesome, heh. I put it on and immediately felt cool and hip!

Oh, as for the Reiji/Lazy thing, his name is actually supposed to be "Lazy" according to some of the manga splash pages. Japanese doesn't really have a "zee" sound, so I guess she was taking a pretty normal Japanese name and making a pun out of it that was really not obvious to non-native Japanese speakers, heh.

Yea, I ordered my Haré+Guu Limited Edition DVD Collector's Set from AnimeNation, and it shipped on 1/17/06. I got it on the 20th, I think. But yea, the only thing I was annoyed with was "Uighur", but they made up for it by still calling him "Wiggle" in the anime. It's only messed up in the credits, I guess. I suppose the other weird thing was they changed "Magical Touch Miracle Light" to "Magical Touch Enchanting Aroma".

In anycase, I thought they did a good job with the dubbing.

Oh, nearly forgot. The ending thing isn't anything to be worried about. They changed it to the cool and hip Guu music.

I actually found this site only after looking for info on the ending theme. I watched one episode and couldn't believe my ears when I actually heard the Soul Train theme at the end!!
One post somewhere above describes this as the replacement for the TV theme to which Guu dances in the show, and a staff member replied, saying s/he hopes this substitute has the same comic value as the original. Although I finally finished the entire series via Funimation channel, I only saw the couple dance to it during the show, not Guu. Otherwise, it remains an ending theme. However, in that one scene, it indeed had plenty of comic value to it, especially for those of us familiar with the show Soul Train. I fear, though, that may bias me, as I grew up watching Don Cornelius & Soul Train.
